Operafonic is a confrontation of various phenomena linking the perception of sound, music and images together. The aim of Operafonic is to present symbiotic relations of both media and a phenomenon of broadening the means of artistic transmission as a result of making use of all media and their communicative abilities, and in consequence, its heading to so called language "without words".

Operafonic 2004 is particularly devoted to discussion on communication understood here as creating and transfering ideas: experiencing reality through sounds and images, both equal righted.

Since music could have its own language used in similar way as "language of images", there appears the question whether the creator of an experience, making it meaningful, would manage to present more than just a diary, including a creator's only personal vision of history. Would he or she write it for others and about others as well?

To concider this matter it is impossible not to use symbols and notions of language, treated here as an instrument for description of infinite set of utterances generated with a use of finite number of rules and words...

The Guests of Operafonic 2004 are:
- Francis Dhomont
- Inés Wickmann
- Jacek Norbert Lewandowski
- Marek Mucha
- Adam Witkowski

We would like to thank all of these people who disinterestedly and with a great amount of effort have contributed to the development of the original intention of Operafonic; phenomena of culture, their intellectual and cognitive prospects, moulded through confrontation of sound and image, will be presented in another ventures of Operahaus Association.

We would also like to thank all of these people (particularly some members of Operahaus Association) who purposely wanted to put to death the idea of Operafonic.
Their contribution is reflected in the name: Operafonic dead edit.
